Bonding Gifts
For a young woman when first learning she is pregnant. These special items help the idea of a baby become less abstract, less threatening, and are designed to help her begin bonding with this new little person developing in her womb.
Lovie-blankets (gender-neutral when possible) 18"-24" square fabric with border.
Baby socks (gender-neutral when possible.
Ultrasound photo frame (4"x6") or Baby's First Christmas ornament.
Mint or Ginger tea bags for nausea/morning sickness: 'peggy pops'.
New Baby Layettes
Baby clothes, size 3,6,9 or 12 months.
Onesies, zipper jammies, drawstring gowns, bibs, shirts, pants, dresses, burp cloths (including cloth diapers which are very soft and absorbent).
Boudreau's Butt Paste (NOT Desitin, which stings!), water-based wipes, baby washcloths, lotions, hooded terrycloth towel.
Developmental toy, Baby's first Bible, canvas cubes for organizing baby clothes.
BRING DIAPERS OR FORMULA IN ADDITION TO YOUR GIFT TO BE ENTERED INTO A RAFFLE.
