Restored Community Church is seeking a dependable, technically minded, and ministry-focused Production Assistant to support our Production Ministry and help create excellent, distraction-free environments where people can worship, hear the Word of God, and experience the ministry of Restored Community Church. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has an interest in audio, video, lighting, live-streaming, and production technology, and has a heart for serving the local church.

Position Summary

The Production Assistant works closely with the Production Manager, Worship Ministry, pastors, staff, and production volunteers to support the technical execution of Sunday worship services, rehearsals, special services, and church-wide events.
Responsibilities may include assisting with audio, lighting, video, presentation software, live-streaming, stage preparation, equipment setup and teardown, troubleshooting, and general production support.
More than simply operating equipment, this position is about helping create an environment where technology supports ministry rather than distracts from it.
